1. Preparation before operation
Machine inspection: Confirm that the sealing strip of the observation window is intact and the lock is flexible, there is no abnormality in the magnetron cooling system (fan/water pipe), the grounding is firm (resistance ≤ 4Ω), and the sensor is normal.
Environmental safety: Confirm that the machine is well ventilated and dry, away from heat and water sources, and connected to an independent voltage-stabilized power supply (voltage fluctuation ≤ ±10%).
2. Parameter setting and operation monitoring
Parameter setting: Set the temperature, time and power according to the process, and start after checking the parameters.
Operation monitoring: Observe that the machine runs smoothly without deviation, spark or abnormal noise, and the shell temperature is ≤50℃; if abnormal, press the emergency stop button to cut off the power immediately.
3. Safety precautions
Core taboos: Do not allow metal containers to enter the cavity, avoid overloading or excessively thick materials, and do not force the door to open during operation.
Protection points: Heat insulation protection is required when touching high-temperature parts. Cut off the power and wait for the capacitor to discharge when cleaning. Do not operate with wet hands in a humid environment.
4. Maintenance after operation
Cleaning: After power off, wipe the cavity residue with a neutral detergent. Liquid splashes must be dried in time. Corrosive detergents are prohibited.
Record archiving: "Operation Log" can be established to record material types, parameters, and abnormal conditions to facilitate the tracing of process results.
