Microwave dryer is a new type of drying machine. It uses ±2450MHZ microwave to heat materials, which is different from traditional steam heating and hot air heating. Microwave heating directly acts on the internal moisture of the material, heating the material inside and outside at the same time, which has the advantages of fast drying speed, uniform drying, energy-saving, and high efficiency, and low operating noise of the machine. And the dried material can effectively maintain the original color and nutrients, and the microwave dryer also has a good sterilization effect on the material during the drying process.
Microwave dryer is suitable for such as food, tea, seasoning, feed, mealworm larva, black soldier fly larva, and many other various powder and granular materials.
According to different materials and different drying requirements, Jinan Kelid Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed tunnel microwave drying machine, vacuum microwave drying machine, and cabinet microwave drying machine. 3. If the client can’t come to check the machine before delivery, Kelid helps the client check and make a testing report to show the details.
4. Provide user manual, factory inspection form, product certificate.
5. Provide 1-2 engineers to the client's factory for the installation and first-line workers' training.
6. After the installation, our engineer will assist you in on-site commissioning and personnel training (Training includes: equipment operation methods, precautions for use, equipment maintenance, etc.
